AFGE]], the main challenge to the February 2025 mass firing of probationary federal workers known as the [[Valentine's Day Massacre (2025)]]. In September 2025 he ruled that the [[OPM]] had unlawfully directed the firings "under false pretense," but declined to order reinstatement.
