# Tysen Duva **Status: stub — expand.** **Andrew Tysen Duva** has led the [[Department of Justice]]'s **Criminal Division** since December 2025, supervising more than 1,100 federal prosecutors and staff across public corruption, fraud, money laundering, cybercrime, and transnational organized crime. The Criminal Division is the component through which Main Justice can supervise, take over, or decline prosecutions brought by the 93 U.S. Attorneys — the structural lever at the center of every dispute about the political direction of federal charging decisions. ## See also - [[Department of Justice]] · [[DOJ Component Tree]] - [[Federal Prosecutors Hub]]
