# Trevor Kowalski A committee treasurer who signs **four separate super PACs in four different states**, all four of which buy through the [[Senate Leadership Fund]]'s media vendors and all four of which filed Form 24 independent-expenditure notices on the **same e-file receipt date, 2026-10-09**. > [!important] 🔴 Fourth committee found 2026-10-11 — the page said "three" yesterday > **[[59 PAC]]** (FEC **C00961698**, Anchorage AK, first filed 2026-09-16) is signed by this treasurer. > Its single notice is **$95,876.00 opposing [[Mary Peltola]]** in [[AK-Sen-2026]], 100% of it through > [[Flexpoint Media]] — the same vendor, the same target and the same expenditure date as SLF PAC's own > $1,639,582.87 anti-Peltola line. The 2026-10-10 digest set the trigger *"any Form 24 or Form 1 naming > Kowalski as treasurer"* and recorded 59 PAC's registration as unread; **the answer was already in the > 2026-10-09 tranche, in the header of file 2018776.** Two of the four committees are state-identity names > and two are bare numbers, so "state-branded" is now the minority pattern in this cluster. > [!warning] 🔴 Third committee found 2026-10-10 — this page previously said "two" > The 2026-10-09 tranche added **[[75 PAC]]** (FEC **C00950006**, Columbus OH, first filed 2026-05-08), > whose single notice is **$3,473,558.40 opposing [[Sherrod Brown]]** in [[OH-Sen-2026-Special]], 100% of it > through [[Flexpoint Media]] and Something Else Strategies. The earlier reading — two state-branded > committees — is **superseded from 2026-10-09**: the cluster is not uniformly state-branded (75 PAC is > numeric) and it is not two committees. It is **three**, and the common factors are this treasurer and a > vendor stack shared with SLF PAC. ## What is on the record | Committee | FEC ID | Address of record | Notice | Amount | Target | |---|---|---|---|---|---| | [[Cornhusker Majority]] | C00961227 | Scottsbluff, NE | file 2016519, 2026-10-02 | $1,804,841.44 | oppose [[Dan Osborn]], [[NE-Sen-2026]] | | [[The Maine Standard]] | C00961342 | Bangor, ME | file 2016518, 2026-10-02 | $1,442,664.96 | oppose [[Troy Jackson]], [[ME-Sen-2026]] | | **[[75 PAC]]** | **C00950006** | Columbus, OH | **file 2018941, 2026-10-09** | **$3,473,558.40** | oppose [[Sherrod Brown]], [[OH-Sen-2026-Special]] | | [[Cornhusker Majority]] | C00961227 | (as above) | file 2019096, 2026-10-09 | $1,928,739.92 | oppose [[Dan Osborn]], [[NE-Sen-2026]] | | [[The Maine Standard]] | C00961342 | (as above) | file 2019101, 2026-10-09 | $1,327,669.96 | oppose [[Troy Jackson]], [[ME-Sen-2026]] | | **[[59 PAC]]** | **C00961698** | Anchorage, AK | **file 2018776, 2026-10-09** | **$95,876.00** | oppose [[Mary Peltola]], [[AK-Sen-2026]] | The two 2026-10-02 notices carry expenditure date **2026-09-30** and election code **G2026**; combined, **$3,247,506.40** across two Senate races on one day. **The four 2026-10-09 notices carry expenditure date 2026-10-07 and total $6,825,844.28** across four Senate races — Ohio, Nebraska, Maine and Alaska — **every line of all four opposing a candidate, with no support line anywhere.** Of the seven distinct payees across them, **five also appear on SLF PAC's own notice of the same day** (file 2019082): [[Flexpoint Media]], Something Else Strategies, Alamo Intelligence LLC, FCG Media Strategies LLC and [[MHB Media Inc]]. The two that do not are MHW Media LLC and Dream America Media. Adding SLF PAC's own $26,029,336.17, **this treasurer's four committees plus SLF PAC account for $32,855,180.45** on receipt date 2026-10-09. That date has since been **re-derived at T-2 from $73,903,277.07 to $109,938,335.82** of live independent expenditure (FEC Back-Sweep Standard Rule 6, partial-day first read), so the share of the day the cluster represents is **29.9%**, not the 44.3% computed against the partial figure. See [[SLF 26M Senate IE October 2026]], [[75 PAC]] and [[59 PAC]]. ## Why it matters **One treasurer is the visible seam in an otherwise invisible structure.** Each committee presents as a local Nebraska or Maine operation — in-state address, state-identity name, suite number at a frontage road and a mall boulevard. Nothing on either filing names the other. The shared treasurer is the only thing on the public record that links them, and it is on page one of both documents. **The vendor overlap runs to the [[Senate Leadership Fund]].** Between them these two committees paid Flexpoint Media, Alamo Intelligence LLC, FCG Media Strategies LLC and [[MHB Media Inc]] — all four of which appear on SLF PAC's $22,530,483.71 notice of the same receipt date, recorded at [[SLF 22.5M Senate IE October 2026]]. In Maine, SLF and The Maine Standard hit [[Troy Jackson]] on the same expenditure date through the same buyer. **None of this establishes coordination and none of it needs to.** Independent-expenditure law does not require two committees with one treasurer and one vendor stack to be coordinated; it only requires them to say they are not. See [[State-Branded Super PAC Template]]. > [!note] Open questions > - Whether he is an employee of a compliance firm and, if so, which — the filings give no firm name. > - Whether he signs further committees not yet surfaced by a sweep. **One more was found on 2026-10-11 > (59 PAC) after the page said three**, so the count should be treated as a floor, not a total. > - 59 PAC's filing history between its 2026-09-16 registration and its 2026-10-07 expenditure: the row's > running aggregate implies earlier spending no sweep has read. > - Who funds either committee.
