# Robert Harvie Jr. Robert Harvie Jr. is the Democratic candidate in Pennsylvania's 1st congressional district, a Bucks County commissioner challenging the Republican incumbent [[Brian Fitzpatrick]]. He appears in this vault as a **new front in the closing weeks**. The [[Congressional Leadership Fund]] placed **$1,358,750.00** against him across 2 lines on the Form 24 notice received **2026-10-16** (file **2028923**) — and the filing's aggregate column equals that figure, meaning **this is the committee's first spending in the district this cycle**, eighteen days before the election. See [[CLF 35.1M House Map IE October 2026]]. On the other side of the same race, [[House Majority PAC]] placed **$2,225,946.95** against [[Brian Fitzpatrick]] on its 2026-10-15 notice (file 2027688), on a cycle aggregate of $2,954,911.42 — so PA-1 drew late seven-figure outside money from both chambers' House committees inside two days.
