# Matt Cartwright **Matt Cartwright** is a former Democratic U.S. Representative from Pennsylvania (PA-08, 2013–2025), a trial-lawyer-turned-congressman who repeatedly held a Trump-won NEPA seat until losing to Republican [[Rob Bresnahan]] by ~1.6 points in 2024.
