# Lisa Clapier Lisa Clapier is an American activist and "new media" producer, known online as "SnowWhite7IAM," who served as a media producer for Occupy Wall Street Los Angeles around 2011 and was later present at [[Standing Rock]]. [[Dave Troy]] names her in [[The Octopus]] frame as a figure connecting protest movements to later QAnon-adjacent activity -- but the sourcing on her is the thinnest of the people in this cluster. ## What is verifiable Clapier ran communications and live-streaming for Occupy LA (corroborated by a 2015 profile and conference speaker bios) and was present at [[Standing Rock]]. She remains active on social media under the SnowWhite7IAM persona. ## The Octopus claim Troy describes her as a QAnon-connected "operative" "involved in covert operations at Standing Rock." There is no mainstream journalistic profile of Clapier; the "covert operations," "QAnon leader," and "cult" descriptions come from Troy and from adversarial open-source-intelligence compilations, not from journalistic or official sources. This page states the verifiable core (Occupy LA media role, Standing Rock presence, the online persona) and treats everything beyond it as clearly attributed, weakly sourced allegation. ## Epistemic status Thinly sourced overall. Documented: the Occupy LA role and Standing Rock presence. Everything else is allegation by Troy and online investigators and should not be asserted as fact. ## See also - [[The Octopus]] - [[Standing Rock]] - [[Dave Troy]]
