Serving as treasurer for several committees is ordinary work for a compliance professional and says nothing about who funds them or who directs their spending. What it does establish is a **single point of administration**: the filings of all three committees are prepared in one place by one person. That is a fact about plumbing, and it is useful precisely because the money behind two of the three is not yet on the federal record.
