# James O'Keefe Right-wing undercover-video activist who founded [[Project Veritas]] in 2010 after the 2009 ACORN sting videos, which were later found to be selectively edited. Arrested in 2010 at Sen. Mary Landrieu's office and sentenced to probation on a misdemeanor. The Project Veritas board removed him in February 2023 over spending; he then launched O'Keefe Media Group. In February 2024 he settled a suit by an Erie, Pennsylvania postmaster, acknowledging he knew of no evidence of the 2020 election fraud his videos had alleged there.
