Gladden J. Pappin is an American political theorist, associate professor at the University of Dallas, and co-founder of the journal *American Affairs*. A leading figure in the Catholic [[Integralism]] and [[National Conservatism]] movements, Pappin advocates for using state power to promote the common good against both market liberalism and progressive social policy. He was appointed president of the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs, reflecting the intellectual alliance between American postliberals and [[Viktor Orbán]]'s government in Hungary.
