Douglas Feith is an American attorney and policy advisor who served as Under Secretary of Defense for Policy under [[George W. Bush]] from 2001 to 2005. A [[Neoconservatism]] hawk, Feith ran the Office of Special Plans that produced alternative intelligence assessments used to justify the [[Iraq War]], and was described by General Tommy Franks as "the stupidest fucking guy on the face of the earth."
