Arthur Milikh is an American conservative intellectual who serves as executive director of the [[Claremont Institute]]'s Center for the American Way of Life. He has emerged as a leading voice in the movement to use state power to dismantle progressive institutional capture, arguing that the administrative state and universities must be actively restructured rather than merely deregulated. His work represents the shift within parts of the [[Conservative Movement]] from [[Libertarianism]] toward a more assertive, state-wielding [[National Conservatism]].
