The **Science, Technology and Innovation Board** is the Pentagon advisory committee created in 2026 by merging the [[Defense Innovation Board]] with the Defense Science Board; Secretary [[Pete Hegseth]] approved the merger on January 29, 2026. After a second round of appointments in May 2026 it had 33 members, including [[Shaun Maguire]] of Sequoia Capital.
