## Why it matters
**It is the vehicle that puts Texas's largest far-right state-level funder into a federal Senate general
election.** The [[Tim Dunn]] machine documented in this vault — Empower Texans, Defend Texas Liberty PAC,
the Texas Public Policy Foundation, legislative primaries — has operated almost entirely at state level.
This is the same money in a federal super PAC spending against a Democratic Senate nominee.
**It is the first distinctly digital-only independent-expenditure vehicle recorded in [[TX-Sen-2026]].**
The race has been dominated by eight-figure broadcast notices — [[MAGA Inc]], Texas PAC, Senate Leadership
Fund — placed by large media firms. This programme runs at roughly 1/60th the scale through four firms
that appear nowhere else in these sweeps.
## Open questions
- Whether the $557,420.31 of cash on hand is spent before 2026-11-03.
- Whether the committee files in any race other than [[TX-Sen-2026]].
- **Digital Room LLC** and **Digital Corporate Companies Inc.**, $595,596.66 between them, no vault page.
- Whether **Farris Wilks** — Dunn's long-time co-funder — appears on any federal committee this cycle.
