## Why it matters
It matches the **[[State-Branded Super PAC Template]]** on every element the vault tracks: a
state-identified name, a suite-or-box committee address, a treasurer reachable only through a compliance
shop, an out-of-state contact chain, and a registration inside the final month of the window with no
money disclosed.
Three details set it apart:
- **316 California Ave #84, Reno NV** has **no prior appearance** in this vault. It is a new address for
the pattern.
- **campaignreportsllc.com** is a **new compliance shop** here — the vault's existing clusters run
through PDS Compliance (Athens GA), Bulldog Compliance (Beverly MA), and the Thomas Datwyler practice
at Hudson WI. The numbered mailbox in the email (`compliance2@`) suggests a
multi-client practice.
- **Amalgamated Bank** is the depository. Amalgamated is the labour-movement-founded bank used by
Democratic and progressive committees; in this vault it appears on
**[[Elect Democratic Women 2026]]**. Combined with "sensible government" framing, the bank is the
strongest available signal that this is a **Democratic-side** instance of a template the vault first
catalogued on the Republican side — but the committee has filed nothing beyond its registration, so
**nothing here establishes its partisanship.**
> [!warning] What is not known
> The committee's **type** is not established on this page. FEC Form 1 field 21 reads **`G`** on this
> document, a code that has **not** been mapped against a verified field dictionary, and the
> processed committee index had not yet ingested C00963330 at the time of writing (a normal lag on a
> same-day registration). Whether this is a super PAC, a non-qualified PAC or something else is
> therefore **open**. This page does not call it a super PAC because neither a filing nor the processed index yet says so.
## Triggers
- 🔴 **Its first Schedule E line** — which race, and which side.
- **A second committee** at 316 California Ave, Reno, or on `campaignreportsllc.com`. Either makes it a
practice rather than a one-off.
- **Its filing frequency.** If it registered as a quarterly filer, it will name no funder before the
votes are counted.
