# Nebraska Values PAC **Nebraska Values PAC** (FEC committee **C00956292**) is an independent-expenditure committee spending **against incumbent Republican Senator [[Pete Ricketts]]** in [[NE-Sen-2026]] — the race in which independent [[Dan Osborn]] is mounting a second challenge. It follows the [[State-Branded Super PAC Template]]: a generically patriotic state name, no disclosed principal, and spending that arrives through 24- and 48-hour notices well ahead of any receipts report. ## Disclosed spending | Filing | Received | Amount | Direction | Vendors | |---|---|---|---|---| | Form 24, file 2015543 | 2026-09-29 | **$1,206,519.70** | oppose [[Pete Ricketts]] | Sage Media Planning & Placement $830,239.70 (TV and radio); PAC Services LLC $376,280.00 (digital) | | Form 24, file 2017599 | **2026-10-06** | **$1,394,575.25** | oppose [[Pete Ricketts]], 3 lines | Sage Media Planning & Placement $830,639.70; PAC Services LLC $563,935.55 | **Derived total across the two notices: $2,601,094.95.** Expenditure date on the second notice is **2026-10-06**, election code `G2026`. ### What the second notice adds The committee's own identifying details, which the 2026-10-01 stub did not have: it files from **663 N 132nd St PMB 7385, Omaha NE** — a commercial mailbox, not an office — and the Form 24 is signed by treasurer **Thomas Cook**. The vendor split is the same two firms in nearly the same proportion as the September notice, so this is a continuation of one buy rather than a new programme. Per FEC Back-Sweep Standard **Rule 4c**, the aggregate column on file 2017599 reads **$4,814,900.25** and is **not** published here as a committee or race total — the filer's aggregate convention is not determinable from three rows. The two notices above are summed directly instead. > [!note] First read > Rule 6: receipt date 2026-10-06 was queried twice during the 2026-10-07 sweep with identical results, but > a receipt date keeps settling for days. The $1,394,575.25 is a first read of that date and should be > re-derived before it travels. > [!note] Stub built 2026-10-01 to close a reporting loop > This committee appeared in **six consecutive daily money digests** between mid-September and 2026-09-30 > without ever being built, each time recommended and each time deferred. It is built now at minimum > viability rather than left as a recurring recommendation. Still to establish: who funds it, and whether it is > Osborn-aligned or an independent anti-Ricketts vehicle. Its treasurer and address were identified from > the 2026-10-06 notice; see above. ## NE-Sen is a two-sided outside-money race On 2026-09-29 this committee filed against Ricketts on the same day **Cornhusker Majority** (C00961227) filed $8,493.75 against Osborn through MHW Media LLC, and on 2026-09-30 **America First Action Fund** (C00891549) filed $200,000.00 supporting Ricketts through Edgerton Strategies LLC. Outside money is now flowing in both directions here. ## See Also - [[NE-Sen-2026]] · [[Pete Ricketts]] · [[Dan Osborn]] · [[Building Nebraska's Future]] - [[State-Branded Super PAC Template]] · [[Independent Expenditure]] · [[Super PACs]] - [[Organizations Hub]]
