# National Republican Senatorial Committee
The **National Republican Senatorial Committee** (**NRSC**, FEC committee **C00027466**) is the Republican
Party's national committee for United States Senate elections. It raises for and spends on behalf of
Republican Senate candidates, and participates in joint-fundraising committees with individual campaigns.
> [!note] Stub built 2026-10-07 to close a recorded gap
> This vault's 2026-09-13 sweep recorded that **no NRSC organization page existed anywhere in the vault**,
> while [[National Republican Senatorial Committee v. FEC]] — the case law on party coordinated-spending
> limits — did. The vault held the doctrine and not the actor. This page exists so that joint-fundraising
> and coordinated-spending findings have somewhere to attach. It is minimum-viable and needs filling out.
## 2026 cycle — what this vault has recorded
| Vehicle | FEC ID | Role |
|---|---|---|
| [[Protect the Majority 2026]] | C00961433 | Joint fundraising with the campaign committees **and** leadership PACs of [[Susan Collins]], [[John E. Sununu]] and [[Ashley Hinson]]; registered 2026-09-12 |

The three races pooled into Protect the Majority 2026 are the vault's best single-document statement of
where the NRSC believes the Senate majority is decided: [[ME-Sen-2026]], [[NH-Sen-2026]] and
[[IA-Sen-2026]] — two open seats and the only Republican-held seat in a state Kamala Harris won in 2024.
