# Louisiana Economic Development **Louisiana Economic Development (LED)** is the State of Louisiana's economic-development agency, responsible for recruiting business investment to the state and for administering its incentive programs — including the Industrial Tax Exemption Program, the Quality Jobs program, and the sales- and use-tax rebates created for aerospace facilities in the 2026 legislative session.
