# Cornhusker Majority
FEC committee **C00961227**, registered at **Scottsbluff, Nebraska**,
treasurer **[[Trevor Kowalski]]**. A state-branded independent-expenditure vehicle spending against
[[Dan Osborn]] in [[NE-Sen-2026]].
## What is on the record
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| FEC committee ID | **C00961227** |
| Treasurer | **[[Trevor Kowalski]]** |
| Address | Scottsbluff, NE |
| First notice recorded here | **Form 24, F24N, file 2016519**, received **2026-10-02** |
| That notice | **$1,804,841.44**, 4 Schedule E lines, all **oppose [[Dan Osborn]]**, expenditure date 2026-09-30, election code G2026 |
| Vendors on that notice | Flexpoint Media $1,167,989.88 · Alamo Intelligence LLC $500,000.00 · Caliber Contact $131,500.44 · FCG Media Strategies LLC $5,351.12 |
## Why it matters
**Three of its four vendors are the [[Senate Leadership Fund]]'s vendors, on the same expenditure date.**
Flexpoint Media, Alamo Intelligence LLC and FCG Media Strategies LLC all appear on SLF PAC's
$22,530,483.71 Form 24 notice of the same receipt date — see [[SLF 22.5M Senate IE October 2026]], where
Flexpoint alone took $14,152,043.20.
**It shares a treasurer with a committee in a different state.** [[Trevor Kowalski]] signs both this
committee and [[The Maine Standard]], which filed its own notice the same day against [[Troy Jackson]].
Two in-state-branded vehicles, two Senate races, one treasurer, one vendor stack. This is the pattern
described at [[State-Branded Super PAC Template]].
> [!warning] Do not read the aggregate as a total
> The Schedule E rows on file 2016519 carry a running aggregate of **$4,745,568.28**. That figure is not
> to be read as this committee's cycle total or as a Nebraska race
> total — it must be derived by summing the committee's own filings. Only the $1,804,841.44 on this one
> notice is established here.
> [!note] Open questions
> - Who funds it. No Form 3X disclosing receipts has been read for this committee.
> - Whether the aggregate gap (~$2.94M above this notice) is earlier Nebraska spending or another race.
> - Its registration date and organising documents (Form 1 not yet read).
## Receipt date 2026-10-04 — $5,053.20, and a second shared vendor with SLF
| Filing | Received | Expenditure date | Amount | Direction | Vendor |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Form 24, file **2016854** | 2026-10-04 | 2026-10-02 | **$5,053.20** | oppose [[Dan Osborn]] | FCG Media Strategies LLC — the whole notice |
Signed by treasurer [[Trevor Kowalski]]. **The vendor is the datum:** the committee's prior notice ran
majority-[[Flexpoint Media]]; this one is entirely **FCG Media Strategies LLC**, which took $43,776.34 on
**SLF PAC**'s notice of the same receipt date (file 2016717). That is a *second* shared vendor with the
Senate Leadership Fund's own committee, on top of Flexpoint and Alamo Intelligence LLC already recorded
above.
**The committee's funding remains undisclosed.** No Form 3X has been filed, no funder is named, and the
~$2.94M gap between this committee's notices and its aggregate column ($4,750,621.48 here) remains
unexplained. That column is not a race or committee total. Source:

## Cluster update, 2026-10-11 — the treasurer signs four committees, not two
**[[59 PAC]]** (FEC **C00961698**, Anchorage AK, first filed 2026-09-16) was confirmed on 2026-10-11 to
carry treasurer **[[Trevor Kowalski]]**, who also signs **[[75 PAC]]** in Ohio. The cluster this committee
belongs to is therefore **four committees in four states** — Nebraska, Maine, Ohio and Alaska — of which
two carry state-identity names and two carry bare numbers. All four filed Form 24 notices on e-file
receipt date **2026-10-09**, all with expenditure date **2026-10-07**, totalling **$6,825,844.28**, and
**every line of all four opposes a candidate** with no supporting expenditure anywhere. See
[[Trevor Kowalski]].
