# Continental Strategy A Miami-based lobbying and consulting firm founded in 2021 by [[Carlos Trujillo]] just as Trump left office, and one of the four Trump-tied firms with historic 2025 growth. ## Scale Continental's revenue jumped more than **1,400%** — from roughly $1.8 million in 2024 to about **$27.4 million in 2025** — the steepest proportional rise in the Trump-world cluster. ## Trump-world ties Founder [[Carlos Trujillo]] served in the first Trump administration as U.S. ambassador to the Organization of American States and was a 2024 Trump campaign surrogate for Latino outreach. The firm staffed up with operatives carrying direct lines into the [[Second Trump Administration]], including a former chief of staff to Secretary of State [[Marco Rubio]] and a former deputy political director of the Trump campaign. Its staff also includes Katie Wiles, daughter of White House Chief of Staff [[Susie Wiles]] — a familial node in the same revolving-door network that runs through [[Ballard Partners]] and [[Mercury Public Affairs]]. ## FARA — the fastest-growing foreign book on K Street FARA registrant **#7545** (registered February 2025; verified against the DOJ eFile API 2026-07-07). In under eighteen months Continental amassed **eleven active foreign principals**: the governments of **[[Kazakhstan]]** (see [[Kazakhstan Tungsten Deal]]), **Haiti**, **Kenya**, and **Guyana**; **Republika Srpska** (Milorad Dodik's Bosnian Serb entity); the embassies of **[[Bahrain]]** and **Japan**; Thailand's commerce ministry; two Dominican Republic bodies (including its national intelligence directorate); and the **Democratic Party of Albania** — a two-year, $6M contract whose arc (State Department contacts → June 2026 Berisha sanctions reversal → SPAK funding probe) is documented in full in [[Albania]]. No other Trump-world shop converted proximity into sovereign clients this fast. Mapped in the [[FARA Registrant Map]]. ## See also [[Lobbying Hub]] · [[Carlos Trujillo]] · [[FARA Registrant Map]] · [[Revolving Door]] · [[Lobbying]]
