## A state-branded committee that is actually in the state
This is the **inverse** of the pattern catalogued at [[State-Branded Super PAC Template]], and it is worth
recording as such. The template's signature is a state name attached to an out-of-state compliance address:
[[Last Frontier PAC]] is Alaska-named and Alabama-filed; [[Stronger Maine]] is Maine-named and
Houston-filed; [[Save Our Montana]], registered the same day as this committee, is Montana-named and
Georgia-filed.
Building Nebraska's Future lists a **Gretna, Nebraska** residential address, a **Nebraska** treasurer with
a local phone number and a local ISP email, and an **Omaha** bank. Every identifier on the form is in-state.
The nearest comparable in the vault is [[Wyoming Way Action PAC]], which likewise gave an in-state
(Cheyenne) address.
**The template is therefore a tendency, not a rule**, and an in-state filing is a weak signal that a
committee is what its name says. It is not proof: a local address establishes nothing about who funds it,
and as a quarterly filer registering four weeks out, **this committee can spend without naming a donor
before the votes are counted.**
## NE-Sen-2026 is a crowded outside-money race
It registers into a race already carrying money in both directions — see [[NE-Sen-2026]]. On the same
e-file receipt date, **2026-10-06**, [[Nebraska Values PAC]] filed **$1,394,575.25** against
[[Pete Ricketts]]. Whether this committee is related to that effort, opposed to it, or unconnected is
**not established by anything on its Form 1**, and nothing here should be read as implying a link.
**Trigger:** the first Schedule E line — which race, which side.
