# Bradley Impact Fund
The donor-advised-fund affiliate of the [[Bradley Foundation]] — a separate 501(c)(3), founded in 2012 and run from the same Milwaukee offices, through which individual donors direct money to the causes the Foundation favors while taking an immediate deduction and leaving no public trace of their names. Where the Foundation grants from Harry Bradley's Allen-Bradley fortune and files a public 990 naming every grantee, the Impact Fund pools other people's money and reports only in aggregate; the donors are invisible, the grantees are the same network. It is the vault's working example of how a foundation extends its reach past its own endowment: the [[Donor-Advised Fund]] page has the mechanism, [[DonorsTrust]] the larger cousin.
## What it funds
The Fund's grants track the Foundation's program — the conservative legal movement, election-integrity groups, school-choice advocacy, the state think-tank network — at a scale that has grown past $100 million a year. The Deals files record the line that matters for this vault: together with the Foundation, the Impact Fund contributed **$61.4 million to seventeen [[Project 2025]] nonprofits between 2020 and 2024**, including **$27.1 million to the America First Legal Foundation** — the single largest identified funding stream to [[America First Legal]] — and substantial sums to the Heritage-affiliated and Federalist-Society-adjacent organizations that wrote the blueprint. The Fund's board overlaps with the Foundation's; its president is a former Foundation officer; and its donor base is the Wisconsin and national money that the [[Koch Network]] and [[Leonard Leo]]'s vehicles also draw on. The structural point is the one the [[Campaign Finance Timeline]] makes about the whole DAF sector: the reporting regime built for foundations does not see the money that moves through the fund next door.
