## Why it matters
🔴 **The treasurer is the link to the Kansas programme.** Christopher Koob signs this committee and signs
**[[United Futures PAC]]**, revealed on the same receipt date as the source of **$6,250,000.00** behind
the advertising against [[Roger Marshall]] in [[KS-Sen-2026]]. Two committees, one treasurer, both
disclosing seven-figure single-source money on the same day. See
[[United Futures PAC 6.25M to People Over Politics Action Fund]].
**It is holding $1.86 million three weeks out.** Against $411,288.67 of monthly spending and $68,613.96
of independent expenditure, the committee closed September with **$1,858,100.38** unspent.
**The small-dollar half is real, and that is what makes the structure useful.** A committee with 2,308
contribution rows reads as grassroots. Two-thirds of the month's money came from one entity that
discloses nothing.
## Open questions
- **What [[Responsive Government Action]] is** — needs corporate or tax records this task cannot reach.
- How many committees **Christopher Koob** signs. Two are now known.
- Whether the **$1,858,100.38** is spent before 2026-11-03, and in which races.
