**Status: stub — expand.**
A conservative judicial advocacy group founded in 2019 by Mike Davis, a former chief counsel for nominations to [[Chuck Grassley]] on the [[Senate Judiciary Committee]] and a former clerk to [[Neil Gorsuch]]. It exists to defend and promote the administration's judicial nominees and to attack their opponents — a pugilistic, media-forward counterpart to the more institutional work of the [[Federalist Society]] and the [[Concord Fund]].
Its significance in the second term is that outside influence over judicial selection has been **consultative rather than delegated**. Reporting on the current nomination operation places A3P alongside [[America First Legal]] and [[Stephen Miller]] as voices the [[White House Counsel]]'s office listens to, with the President himself the final decision-maker — a change from the first term's more formalized reliance on outside credentialing.
Davis has been repeatedly floated in coverage for senior legal appointments and has been among the loudest public advocates for abolishing the [[Blue Slip]].
