# American Prosperity Caucus **American Prosperity Caucus** is the name of the organization that, per an amended FEC filing of **2026-10-29**, supplied **$2,600,000.00** to [[Ohio Flyer PAC]] — 94.4% of that committee's pre-general reporting-period receipts. See [[Ohio Flyer PAC 2.6M Funder Disclosure October 2026]]. Everything on the public record about it is contained in two lines of one filing: | Field | Value | |---|---| | Entity type | `ORG` — an organization, not a registered political committee | | Address of record | 650 Ponce De Leon Ave, Atlanta, GA 30308 | | Grants disclosed | $1,000,000.00 (2026-10-08) · $1,600,000.00 (2026-10-13) | **No journalism or public filing on an entity by this name has been located**, and it does not appear in the FEC's register of political committees — which is what you would expect of a 501(c)(4), a type of non-profit that may give money to super PACs without disclosing where its own came from. > [!note] Stub > This is a short entry that hasn't been fully written yet. ## 🔴 The name question The **original** version of the same report, filed a week earlier on **2026-10-22** (file **2037180**), attributed the identical two grants — same amounts, same dates, same running aggregates — to **[[American Prosperity Alliance]]**, a different and already-documented entity. The amendment changed the name and nothing else of substance. ⚠️ The wiki does not treat the two names as the same organization, and does not treat the change as evidence of anything beyond itself. A donor's legal name is a routine subject of amendment. What is recorded here is that **a $2.6 million donor was identified one way and then another**, and that the first name was one with a documented history. ## What to watch - Any filing by any other committee naming this entity. - Georgia or federal nonprofit records for an entity of this name at the Atlanta address. - A further amendment changing the name again. ## See Also - [[Ohio Flyer PAC]] · [[Ohio Flyer PAC 2.6M Funder Disclosure October 2026]] - [[American Prosperity Alliance]] · [[Dark Money]] · [[Donor Network Hub]]
