# American Conservative Fund
**American Conservative Fund** is the Republican-facing arm of the sportsbooks' 2026 political operation. It is a super PAC in Alexandria, Virginia, registered with the FEC on **November 18, 2025**. Its money comes almost entirely from [[Win for America]], the pass-through PAC funded by [[DraftKings]], [[FanDuel]], [[Fanatics]] and [[bet365]]. Its name says nothing about gambling.

> [!note] Figures
> The amounts are from the OpenFEC API, pulled 2026-10-10. Gaming America's April review of earlier filings listed smaller transfers to the Georgia, Texas and Pennsylvania committees; those were correct for the filings then available. The Pennsylvania and Georgia transfers had grown by June 30.
## Georgia: the clearest case
Georgia does not allow sports betting, and legalizing it is the industry's goal there. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution found that **American Conservative Fund Action Georgia** had raised $7.8 million and spent more than $7.2 million by May 2026. The money went to consultants, canvassing, research, polling and media for more than a dozen Republican legislative incumbents and candidates. They included Senate Majority Leader Jason Anavitarte, House Speaker Jon Burns and House Appropriations Chair Matt Hatchett. The AJC traced the spending to Win for America and put the industry's total Georgia effort at about **$10 million**. Reuters put Win for America's Georgia spending through affiliates above $12 million.
## Why it matters
- **The label is the strategy.** A Georgia voter or legislator sees support from a "conservative fund." The companies paying for it appear only two filings upstream, at Win for America.
- **Leadership, not backbenchers.** The Georgia money backed the people who control which bills reach the floor: the Senate majority leader, the House speaker and the appropriations chair.
- **A mirror on the left.** The same sportsbook money reaches Democratic primaries through [[American Future]]. Win for America gave this fund about three-quarters of what it passed on.
