# America First Action
The pro-Trump super PAC of his first term, paired with the 501(c)(4) nonprofit America First Policies, which former Trump campaign aides created in January 2017 and which does not disclose donors (FactCheck.org). It was led by [[Linda McMahon]], named board chair in April 2019 after serving as Trump's Small Business Administration chief, and by Brian O. Walsh, formerly president of the [[American Action Network]] and the [[Congressional Leadership Fund]]. It raised $29 million in the 2018 cycle, spending about $28 million on [[Independent Expenditure]] backing Republicans for Congress, and by the end of August 2020 had raised nearly $83 million and spent more than $95 million against Joe Biden. Its largest disclosed donors included [[Timothy Mellon]] and Energy Transfer co-founder Kelcy Warren, $10 million each. Former Milwaukee sheriff [[David Clarke]] was a spokesman and senior adviser from 2017 to 2019, and its consulting payments to him totaled almost $92,000. By the 2024 cycle [[MAGA Inc]] had become Trump's main super PAC; the "America First Action Fund" name still turns up in 2026 independent-expenditure filings (see [[Nebraska Values PAC]]).
