# AFP Action
**FEC committee C00687103**, filing as *Americans for Prosperity Action, Inc. (AFP Action) DBA CVA Action
and DBA LIBRE Action* — the federal independent-expenditure vehicle of the [[Koch Network]]'s political
arm, and the electoral counterpart to the 501(c)(4) [[Americans for Prosperity]].
This page exists as a **committee-level** page distinct from [[Americans for Prosperity]], which is the
c4 and carries the organisation's lobbying, field and state-policy history. The two are different legal
entities with different disclosure obligations, and money findings from the FEC e-file feed attach here.

Recorded in full at [[AFP Action 16.2M Senate Map IE October 2026]].
**Two October notices, $26,668,523.36 filed.** On **2026-10-02** the committee publicly announced a
**"$22.38 million ad campaign"** naming five Senate races — Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, New Hampshire, Alaska.
🔴 **[[KS-Sen-2026]] is not in that announcement** and carries **$2,032,590.00** on the October 7 notice,
split to the cent between supporting [[Roger Marshall]] and opposing [[Adam Hamilton]]. Arizona, Colorado,
Montana and North Carolina House lines are also outside the announced map. The announced figure and the
filed figures measure different things, and neither is a cycle total (Rule 4c).
**[[In Pursuit Of]] now carries $24,461,991.00 across the two notices** — the largest single-vendor
concentration in this vault, from a committee with no public record of the vendor at all.
## Why it matters
**It is the only committee in this window buying both halves of a race.** Of the five Senate races on
that first notice, AFP Action filed a *support* line and an *oppose* line in **every one** — Michigan,
Iowa, Ohio, New Hampshire and Alaska — at a 45/55 split overall. [[Senate Leadership Fund]]'s own PAC ran
**100.00% negative** nine days earlier (see [[SLF 22.5M Senate IE October 2026]]) and
[[Congressional Leadership Fund]]'s October notice is **100% negative** across 27 House districts
(see [[CLF 24.5M House IE October 2026]]). A balanced book is the structural signature of this committee.
**It is not buying broadcast.** 90.3% of the notice goes to a single entity, In Pursuit Of, LLC, with the
**United States Postal Service** itself as the second-largest payee and two print and mail houses behind
it. The Republican Senate money the vault has recorded all autumn runs through broadcast agencies —
Flexpoint Media, Del Ray Media LLC, C Plus K LLC, Waterfront Strategies. This is a mail and field
program of comparable size, invisible to the ad-tracking firms that supply most press coverage of
outside spending.
**Its map is SLF's map, minus three states.** The five Senate races here are five of the eight on
[[SLF 342M Senate IE Reservation Program]] — Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Alaska, New Hampshire. North Carolina,
Georgia and Maine are absent from this notice.
> [!warning] Do not read the aggregate as a total
> The Schedule E rows on file 2016600 carry per-race running aggregates of $13,491,477.69 (Ohio),
> $11,673,552.58 (Michigan), $8,987,086.54 (Iowa), $4,802,094.35 (New Hampshire) and $4,419,639.09
> (Alaska). None of those is a race total or
> this committee's cycle total — they must be derived by summing the committee's own filings. Only the
> $10,490,289.14 on this one notice is established here.
> [!note] Open questions
> - **Who funds it.** No Form 3X disclosing receipts has been read for this committee. The relationship
> between its receipts and [[Stand Together]] / [[Americans for Prosperity]] transfers is unestablished
> here.
> - **In Pursuit Of, LLC.** A $9.47M single-payee concentration with no vault page and no established
> ownership. Whether it is an AFP-affiliated entity or an arm's-length vendor is unresolved.
> - **The DBAs.** CVA Action (Concerned Veterans for America) and LIBRE Action (LIBRE Initiative) file
> under this committee ID. Which of the 90 lines belong to which brand is not disclosed on Form 24.
> - **Cycle-to-date.** Not derived. Requires summing every C00687103 Form 24 and periodic-report
> Schedule E for the cycle, per Rule 4c.
