# 75 PAC
An independent-expenditure-only super PAC registered in Columbus, Ohio, which exists on the vault's record
for one reason: **it is one of four committees signed by the same treasurer, [[Trevor Kowalski]], and it buys
through the [[Senate Leadership Fund]]'s own media vendor.**
> [!note] 🔴 Updated 2026-10-11 — the cluster is four, and the numeric naming is now a pair
> **[[59 PAC]]** (FEC C00961698, Anchorage AK) was confirmed on 2026-10-11 to carry the same treasurer.
> The 2026-10-10 reading recorded the numeric-name resemblance between this committee and 59 PAC as
> *"recorded, not concluded"*; the shared treasurer concludes it. Two numeric names, two state-identity
> names, one treasurer, four states.
## What the FEC record says
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| FEC committee ID | **C00950006** |
| Committee type | **Super PAC (Independent Expenditure-Only)**, Unauthorized |
| First filed | **2026-05-08** |
| Address of record | Columbus OH |
| Treasurer | **[[Trevor Kowalski]]** |
## The one notice on the record
**Form 24, file 2018941**, `F24N`, received **2026-10-09**, expenditure date **2026-10-07**, election code
`G2026`. Three Schedule E lines, **all of them opposing [[Sherrod Brown]]** in
[[OH-Sen-2026-Special]].
| Payee | Amount |
|---|---|
| **[[Flexpoint Media]]** | **$3,472,308.40** |
| Something Else Strategies | $1,250.00 |
| **Derived total** | **$3,473,558.40** |
**100.00% oppose, $0.00 support.** Zero memo rows; `F24N` original; all three lines live. The aggregate
column reads $3,473,558.40, equal to the line sum, and is recorded as a document property rather than
published as a race or committee total (**Rule 4c**).
## Why it matters — the third Kowalski committee
The vault already recorded [[Trevor Kowalski]] as treasurer of **two** state-branded super PACs in two
states. This is the third, and all three filed notices on the **same e-file receipt date, 2026-10-09**:
| Committee | FEC ID | File | Amount | Target | Race |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| **75 PAC** | C00950006 | 2018941 | **$3,473,558.40** | oppose [[Sherrod Brown]] | [[OH-Sen-2026-Special]] |
| [[Cornhusker Majority]] | C00961227 | 2019096 | $1,928,739.92 | oppose [[Dan Osborn]] | [[NE-Sen-2026]] |
| [[The Maine Standard]] | C00961342 | 2019101 | $1,327,669.96 | oppose [[Troy Jackson]] | [[ME-Sen-2026]] |
| | | | **$6,729,968.28** | all oppose, no support line anywhere | three states |
**Of the seven distinct payees across those three committees, five also appear on SLF PAC's own notice of
the same day** (file 2019082, [[SLF 26M Senate IE October 2026]]): [[Flexpoint Media]], Something Else
Strategies, Alamo Intelligence LLC, FCG Media Strategies LLC and [[MHB Media Inc]]. The two that do not are
MHW Media LLC and Dream America Media.
Add SLF PAC's own $26,029,336.17 and **one treasurer's three committees plus the Senate Republicans'
flagship super PAC account for $32,759,304.45 — 44.3% of every live independent-expenditure dollar
disclosed to the FEC on 2026-10-09.**
🔴 **What this does and does not establish.** A shared treasurer and a shared vendor stack are facts on the
documents. They are **not** evidence of coordination, which is a legal question these filings cannot
answer, and nothing here shows common funding: none of the three committees has disclosed a donor. The
naming is also not uniform — Cornhusker Majority and The Maine Standard are state-branded, 75 PAC is
numeric — so this is a treasurer-and-vendor cluster, not a single branded template.
## Watch
- **A fourth Kowalski committee.**
- **75 PAC's Form 3X**, which would name its funders. It is the only one of the three whose registration
predates September, so it has a reporting history the other two do not.
- **Whether 75 PAC ever buys anything but anti-Brown advertising.** One race, one target, one vendor.
