## Why it matters
**Kansas is the line that does not fit.** SLF PAC spent **$2,840,863.38 against [[Adam Hamilton]]** and
**$91,067.00 supporting [[Roger Marshall]]** — a thirty-one-to-one ratio in a state no national forecaster
has treated as competitive. It is also the race in which **United Futures PAC**, a committee registered
three days *after* the first of its own transfers and disclosing no donor of its own, has put
**$6,250,000.00 against Marshall, a sitting Republican senator**. See
[[United Futures PAC 6.25M to People Over Politics Action Fund]]. **Party leadership is now defending its
own incumbent against untraceable money while spending thirty times as much attacking the Democrat.** Both
facts sit on filings; the connection between them does not, and is not asserted here.
**Nebraska is the second anomaly, and it is the second day running.** $1,251,796.76 against
[[Dan Osborn]], an independent, on a cycle aggregate of only $1,447,489.76 — meaning **86.5% of SLF PAC's
entire Nebraska spending arrived in this one notice**. The day before, Defend American Jobs put
**$6,723,909.96** against the same candidate. A three-way race against a sitting Republican has become a
late-breaking target for two very different funders inside forty-eight hours. See
[[Defend American Jobs 17.7M Ohio Nebraska Senate IE]].
**Ohio is the programme.** $12,336,545.19 in this notice on a cycle aggregate of **$67,154,588.53** against
[[Sherrod Brown]] — the largest single-candidate opposition total on this committee's record, and roughly
double its Iowa figure.
**The vendor concentration is the procurement story.** [[Flexpoint Media]] took 63.0% of this notice, and
on the same receipt date it took **$17,904,849.57** of the
[[Congressional Leadership Fund]]'s $35,119,415.63 House notice. **$38,746,319.89 through one vendor in one
day, across both chambers' leadership committees.** See
[[CLF 35.1M House Map IE October 2026]].
> [!note] What this figure is, and what it is not
> This is the sum of the **live Schedule E lines on one Form 24 notice**, derived from the filed document
> rather than from any API aggregation. The **cycle aggregate** figures in the table are the filing's own
> aggregate column, whose meaning is filer-dependent; they are reproduced as reported, not as derived race
> totals. The notice was received at a point when the 2026-10-16 receipt date was still open, so the
> **day's** totals may rise; **this notice's** total will not.
