# SLF 26M Senate IE October 2026 On **October 9, 2026**, **SLF PAC** — the [[Senate Leadership Fund]]'s super PAC, FEC committee **C00571703** — disclosed **$26,029,336.17** across **28 Schedule E lines** in **eight Senate races**, every line dated **October 7, 2026**. **Every dollar of it is negative.** There is no support line on this filing at all. **This is the largest single independent-expenditure notice SLF PAC has filed in the 2026 cycle**, ahead of the $23,586,505.68 of [[SLF 23.6M Senate IE September 2026]] and the $22,530,483.71 of [[SLF 22.5M Senate IE October 2026]], and it is the largest single buy recorded in the vault for e-file receipt date 2026-10-09. ## Terms | Item | Detail | |---|---| | Spender | **SLF PAC**, FEC committee **C00571703**, 6218 Georgia Avenue NW Ste 1-595, Washington DC | | Disclosed | FEC **48-hour** notice (**Form 24, F24N, file 2019082**), received **2026-10-09**, treasurer Caleb Crosby | | Expenditure date | **2026-10-07** (all 28 lines) | | Election code | **G2026** | | Direction | **$26,029,336.17 oppose (100.00%)** · **$0.00 support** | | Primary vendor | **[[Flexpoint Media]]** — $15,462,872.95, or **59.4%** of the notice | | Other vendors | [[MHB Media Inc]] $3,459,384.00 · Gen2 Solutions LLC $3,300,000.00 · Majority Strategies LLC $2,175,000.00 · Alamo Intelligence LLC $625,000.00 · Right Target Media $600,000.00 · KAP Print LLC $161,634.45 · Creative Direct $135,070.60 · Something Else Strategies LLC $50,220.23 · FCG Media Strategies LLC $42,153.94 · Jamestown Associates $16,500.00 · Prime Media Partners LLC $1,500.00 | | Memo-flagged rows | **None** | | Amendment status | Original, **F24N** | | Periodic restatement | Not applicable — this is a Form 24 notice, not a periodic report | ## The buy, by race | Race | Target | Direction | Amount | Lines | |---|---|---|---|---| | [[OH-Sen-2026-Special]] | [[Sherrod Brown]] | oppose | **$10,156,572.82** | 5 | | [[IA-Sen-2026]] | [[Josh Turek]] | oppose | $4,367,317.49 | 4 | | [[ME-Sen-2026]] | [[Troy Jackson]] | oppose | $3,969,173.29 | 5 | | [[KS-Sen-2026]] | [[Adam Hamilton]] | oppose | $1,886,538.88 | 2 | | [[AK-Sen-2026]] | [[Mary Peltola]] | oppose | $1,643,076.12 | 4 | | [[SC-Sen-2026]] | [[Annie Andrews]] | oppose | **$1,550,005.20** | 4 | | [[NH-Sen-2026]] | [[Chris Pappas]] | oppose | $1,444,235.59 | 2 | | [[MI-Sen-2026]] | [[Abdul El-Sayed]] | oppose | $1,012,416.78 | 2 | **Ohio is 39.0% of the notice.** The eight race figures sum to $26,029,336.17 and the twelve vendor figures sum to $26,029,336.17 — the document reconciles to the cent on both axes, and the arithmetic was checked line by line against the filed document rather than read off any aggregate column. ## Why it matters ### 1. The positive turn did not continue The open question after the 2026-10-09 notice was *the committee's next Form 24, and whether the support share rises above 7.71%.* **This is that notice, and the support share is 0.00%.** On file **2018550** (expenditure date 2026-10-06) SLF PAC bought the first positive advertising of its 2026 cycle — $463,195.00 for [[Jon Husted]] in Ohio and [[Susan Collins]] in Maine, through two vendors, Cavalry LLC and SLMG LLC, that it used for nothing else on that filing. One day later it spent **$26.0 million and not one dollar of it supports anybody**, and **neither Cavalry LLC nor SLMG LLC appears on this notice at all**. The honest reading: the October 6 purchase was a discrete decision in two specific seats, not a change in the committee's posture. The committee's method remains what every prior sweep recorded — buy against the Democrat. ### 2. South Carolina is new **This is SLF PAC's first independent expenditure in [[SC-Sen-2026]]**, a seat the committee has not touched in any prior filing in this vault. The aggregate column on all four South Carolina lines reads **$1,550,005.20** — exactly the line sum — which is consistent with a committee's first entry into a race and is recorded here as a property of the document, not published as a race total (**Rule 4c**). South Carolina became an open seat when [[Lindsey Graham]] died in office on July 11, 2026, having already won the June primary. Cook rates it **Likely R**. A party-aligned super PAC putting $1.55M against the Democratic nominee 25 days out, in a Likely R open seat in a state Trump carried by eighteen points, is the same reallocation behaviour the vault recorded when SLF entered [[KS-Sen-2026]] on 2026-10-02 after pausing its North Carolina programme. ### 3. Eight races, and Kansas is now routine The map is the widest SLF PAC has filed on one notice this cycle: Ohio, Iowa, Maine, **Kansas**, Alaska, **South Carolina**, New Hampshire and Michigan. Kansas — which this page's predecessors recorded as an unanticipated entry on 2026-10-02 — now carries $1,886,538.88 on a single notice, more than three times the $545,775.68 of its first appearance. ### 4. Vendor concentration loosened [[Flexpoint Media]] remains the dominant buyer at 59.4%, down from 62.8% on file 2016506. Twelve payees appear here against seven on that notice, and five of the twelve — Right Target Media, Creative Direct, Something Else Strategies LLC, Jamestown Associates and Prime Media Partners LLC — are small lines beside the three seven-figure vendors. Gen2 Solutions LLC rose from $2,250,000.00 to $3,300,000.00 and [[MHB Media Inc]] from $3,119,925.60 to $3,459,384.00. ## Method notes - Found on the FEC `/efile/filings/` feed for receipt date 2026-10-09. The processed index was not consulted for any figure on this page. - Every figure is read from the raw filed document at `docquery.fec.gov/dcdev/posted/2019082.fec`, parsed on explicit newlines with chr(28) field splitting. - `F24N` original, zero memo-flagged rows. All 28 lines are live. - No aggregate column is published here as a race or committee total. Every total on this page is derived by summing the document's own lines. - The **notice total is a property of the document and does not drift.** The 2026-10-09 daily total that contains it is a first read. - The filing is the source. No press figure appears on this page. ## Related KB entities - [[Senate Leadership Fund]] · [[Flexpoint Media]] · [[MHB Media Inc]] · [[Texas PAC]] · [[One Nation]] - [[SLF 22.5M Senate IE October 2026]] · [[SLF 23.6M Senate IE September 2026]] · [[SLF 342M Senate IE Reservation Program]] - [[OH-Sen-2026-Special]] · [[IA-Sen-2026]] · [[ME-Sen-2026]] · [[KS-Sen-2026]] · [[AK-Sen-2026]] · [[SC-Sen-2026]] · [[NH-Sen-2026]] · [[MI-Sen-2026]] - [[Independent Expenditure]] · [[Super PACs]] · [[Dark Money]] ## Sources - FEC Form 24, file 2019082 — `https://docquery.fec.gov/dcdev/posted/2019082.fec` - FEC Form 24, file 2018550 (the preceding notice, carrying the positive lines) — `https://docquery.fec.gov/dcdev/posted/2018550.fec` - FEC Form 24, file 2016506 (the $22.5M notice this one supersedes in size) — `https://docquery.fec.gov/dcdev/posted/2016506.fec`
