**Ohio is 44% of the notice.** The six race figures sum to $22,530,483.71 and the seven vendor figures sum
to $22,530,483.71 — the document reconciles to the cent on both axes.
## Why it matters
**This is the second $20M-plus SLF notice in nine days, and the negative share went to 100%.** The
September 23 filing recorded at [[SLF 23.6M Senate IE September 2026]] was 99.87% negative, with a single
$30,000 support line for Ashley Moody in the Florida special. This one has none. Nine days later the
committee is spending at the same rate and has stopped buying positive advertising entirely.
**The race map narrowed.** The September notice covered eight races; this one covers six. North Carolina
and the Florida special are both absent, and the six that remain — OH, IA, ME, AK, NH, MI — are the
Toss Up core of [[SLF 342M Senate IE Reservation Program]].
**Ohio is now the most expensive seat on the board for this committee.** $9.97M here on top of $10.03M on
September 23 is **$19,998,207.04** against [[Sherrod Brown]] from SLF alone across two notices nine days
apart. On this same receipt date, Defend the Vote placed **$7,055,990.46** against [[Jon Husted]] from the
other direction — see [[Defend the Vote]]. Ohio absorbed **$17,023,054.92** of a $52.4M tranche.
> [!important] The vendor stack now runs through two brand-new state-branded committees
> Four of this notice's seven vendors — **Flexpoint Media**, **MHB Media, Inc**, **Alamo Intelligence LLC**
> and **FCG Media Strategies LLC** — also appear on Form 24 notices filed the **same day** by two
> committees that did not exist two months ago: [[Cornhusker Majority]] ($1,804,841.44 against
> [[Dan Osborn]] in Nebraska, files 2016519) and [[The Maine Standard]] ($1,442,664.96 against
> [[Troy Jackson]] in Maine, file 2016518). Both of those committees share a single treasurer,
> **Trevor Kowalski** — see [[Trevor Kowalski]] — and both buy through SLF's own media buyers. In Maine the
> two vehicles hit the same candidate on the same expenditure date: $3,749,015.18 from SLF PAC and
> $1,442,664.96 from The Maine Standard, **$5,191,680.14** against [[Troy Jackson]] in one day.
> Nothing in the filings establishes coordination. The structure is what the law produces — see
> [[State-Branded Super PAC Template]].
> [!note] Where the money comes from
> SLF PAC's largest single source this cycle is **[[One Nation]]**, its 501(c)(4) twin, which has moved
> **$70,740,000** into it — see [[One Nation 70.7M to Senate Leadership Fund]]. One Nation discloses no
> donors.
> [!warning] Aggregates on this filing
> Aggregates on these rows reach **$41,673,108.74** (Ohio), **$27,088,595.50** (Michigan) and
> **$23,439,876.64** (Iowa). These are not race or
> committee totals. Every figure above is derived by summing the document's own unflagged lines.
> [!caution] First read
> This is a **first read** of e-file receipt date 2026-10-02. The notice total is a single document and is
> final; the surrounding tranche figure is not. Receipt date 2026-10-01 gained **+$11,101,236.86 (+12.9%)**
> between the 2026-10-02 read and this one.
