# No Going Back PAC 10.8M House Program October 2026
On **24 October 2026**, ten days before the election, **[[No Going Back PAC]]** (FEC committee
**C00960435**) disclosed **$10,812,048.73** of independent expenditures in a single Form 24 notice —
file **2041487**, an original (`F24N`) received at **21:32:25**. **Sixty-three of its 67 Schedule E
lines are House races**, and those lines carry **98.46%** of the money.
It is the **only notice filed on this day anywhere in the country that reaches $10 million**. The
111 Form 24 notices of 24 October carried **$69,083,870.16** between them; this one filing is
**15.65%** of that.

Two firms carry **88.83%** of the notice, and they are the same two that carried 92.47% of this
committee's **$23,305,834.34** notice on 8 October and 86.8% of its **$20,393,712.25** notice on
22 October. **No broadcast placement is identifiable on it** — every payee is a media-buying,
direct-mail or voter-contact firm, which is what makes a buy of this size invisible to the
ad-tracking data most outside-spending coverage is built on.
## The mirrored pairs are still there, and they are now a fifth of the notice
Fifteen pairs on this notice spend **the same amount for one candidate and against their opponent**, in
the same state, through the same vendor, on the same day — **$2,113,384.41 in all, 19.55% of the money**:

Independent-expenditure reporting requires support and oppose to be filed as separate lines, so a single
advertising package bought for one district appears twice — once as money for the candidate it helps and
once as money against the candidate it hurts. **The line count therefore overstates the number of
distinct buys**, and a support-versus-oppose ratio read off the line totals is not a reading of
intent. This committee's filings have carried the signature since September.
## One row is duplicated, and it does not change the outcome
Two Schedule E rows on this notice are **identical** — same state and office, same candidate
(Johnny Garcia, TX House), same payee ([[Del Ray Media LLC]]), same direction, same date
(2026-10-23), same amount (**$135,000.00**) — and **neither is memo-coded**. A memo code is how a filer
marks a row that restates money itemised elsewhere in the same document; without one, both rows count.
Whether that is two genuine $135,000 placements or one placement entered twice **cannot be settled from
the document**, so both figures are given: **$10,812,048.73** as filed, **$10,677,048.73** if the row is
a duplicate. The notice clears the $10 million single-buy bar either way, and the difference is 1.25% of
the total. This site's method had no test for an unflagged duplicate row before this filing; it has one
now.
## Why it matters
- **The House is now where this committee's money is, and that is new.** Its 8 October notice put
**$13,726,989.11** into Senate races and $9,578,845.23 into House races. This one puts
**$166,108.60** into Senate races and **$10,645,940.13** into House races — a reversal inside sixteen
days, in the closing week, from a committee that registered with the FEC on **1 September 2026**.
- **86.08% of it is negative.** Twenty-three lines promote a candidate; forty-four attack one. In a
closing-week program that ratio is a choice about what the remaining money is for.
- **Breadth, not depth.** Forty candidates in seventeen states, and **fifty-seven of the 67 lines sit
under $250,000**. Two positions — Florida and Iowa — carry 39.7% of the money; the other
thirty-eight candidates share the rest.
- **It has still disclosed no receipts.** Everything known about this committee comes from its
expenditure notices. Its funding is not on the federal record and will not be until after the votes
are counted.
## Verification
Every figure here traces to file **2041487** at
`docquery.fec.gov/dcdev/posted/2041487.fec`, read as a raw filed document rather than through an index.
The notice is an **original** (`F24N`, no amendment indicator), carries **no memo-coded rows**, and is
not a periodic report. Receipt date 2026-10-24 was **closed** when it was read — the last document of
that day was received at 23:43:48 — so this is a settled read of the day rather than a partial one. No
secondary press source for this notice existed at the time of writing.
