# MAGA Inc 20M Texas Senate IE Program
Between **September 5 and October 3, 2026**, [[MAGA Inc]] — the principal pro-Trump super PAC —
placed **$25,000,000** of independent expenditures in the Texas Senate race across **four tranches**,
supporting [[Ken Paxton]] and attacking [[James Talarico]]. Every tranche used the same vendor and the
same channel mix. The total is derived by summing the four notices and reconciles to the committee's own
election-to-date aggregate as filed.
> **Title lag.** The page title still reads *20M*, the figure at the time of the 2026-09-27 restructure.
> The program stands at **$25,000,000** as of the fourth tranche (2026-10-03). The title is left unchanged
> so that the wikilinks on the pages that point here do not break; the figure in this page's body and
> frontmatter is the current one.
> **Page history.** This page was built on 2026-09-10 as `MAGA Inc 10M Texas Senate IE`, scoped to the
> September 5 buy alone, and it set its own promotion condition: *"If a third tranche lands, the aggregate
> is worth revisiting as a program-level entry."* The third tranche landed **2026-09-26**. The page was
> restructured as a program Deal on **2026-09-27** and its old title redirected in the four vault pages
> that linked to it. Nothing recorded here has been removed; the September 5 buy is tranche 1 below.

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Spender | **MAGA INC.**, FEC committee **C00892471** |
| Treasurer of record | **Charles Gantt**, c/o **Bulldog Compliance**, Beverly, Massachusetts |
| Vendor | **[[Del Ray Media LLC]]**, PO Box 1309, Alexandria, Virginia — **all four tranches** |
| Media | Connected television and digital — tranches 1–3; tranche 4 reported as a single $5,000,000 line |
| Coordination | Every filing certifies no coordination with either campaign or a party committee |
| Share of committee cash | ~**6.0%** of the $415,776,043.10 MAGA Inc held at the close of August 2026 |
> **On the threshold.** Deals design doc **§7.4a**, ruled 2026-09-27, holds that a Form 24 notice whose
> Schedule E lines sum to $10M or more is a single buy, whatever the line structure. Tranche 1 clears that
> bar on its own ($5M + $5M in one notice). Tranches 2 and 3 do not and would roll up to the race file
> under §7.4; they are recorded here because this is the **program** entry, in the style of
> [[SLF 342M Senate IE Reservation Program]], not a per-buy entry.
## Tranche 4 — 2026-10-03
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Disclosed | **Form 24, F24N, file 2016639**, received **2026-10-03**, signed by treasurer **Charles Gantt**, c/o Bulldog Compliance, 100 Cummings Center Ste 306-P, Beverly MA 01915 |
| Lines | **1** Schedule E row, live; 0 memo-flagged (Rule 4d), original F24N (Rule 4a) |
| Expenditure date | **2026-10-03** |
| Election code | **G2026** |
| Position | **$5,000,000 opposing [[James Talarico]]** — no pro-Paxton line |
| Vendor | **Del Ray Media LLC** — the whole notice |
| Running aggregate on the row | **$25,000,000.00** |
**Two consecutive all-negative tranches.** Tranches 3 and 4 carry no supporting line at all. The program's
split has moved from an exact 50/50 on tranche 1 to **$7.5M support / $17.5M oppose (30/70)** across the
four, and every dollar added since September 15 has been aimed at [[James Talarico]].
**The aggregate reconciles, which is why it is quotable here.** A race or committee total is normally not read
off the Schedule E aggregate column. The $25,000,000 figure on this page is **derived** by summing the
four notices ($10M + $5M + $5M + $5M) and independently *matches* the aggregate on file 2016639 to the
cent — the same two-way check this page has carried since 2026-09-27.
**Same buyer, now a cross-committee chokepoint.** Del Ray Media LLC placed all four tranches here, and on
2026-10-02 it took **$10,203,222.53 — 41.7%** of [[Congressional Leadership Fund]]'s largest-ever House
notice. See [[CLF 24.5M House IE October 2026]].
> [!warning] Two committees are called MAGA Inc — verify against C00892471, not C00825851
> **C00825851 (MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN INC.)** is the **terminated predecessor**. It filed a
> termination report on **2025-05-05** and its most recent independent expenditure of any kind is
> dated **2024-11-01**; it has **zero** activity in the 2026 cycle. Checking these buys against that ID
> returns nothing and makes the page look fabricated. The active committee is **MAGA INC., C00892471**,
> registered 2024-11-07, a monthly filer. Both committees share treasurer **Charles Gantt** and the
> compliance firm **Bulldog Compliance** of Beverly, Massachusetts — as does **No Going Back PAC**, which
> is a shared officer and vendor relationship, not evidence of common funding. Verified 2026-09-12.
> **Reading the aggregate column.** The `$20,000,000` on tranche 3's Schedule E row sits on an
> *oppose-Talarico* line, but it is the committee's **race-wide** election-to-date total, not its
> anti-Talarico subtotal — it reconciles as $15,000,000 (tranches 1–2) plus $5,000,000 (tranche 3), not as
> $7.5M of prior anti-Talarico spending plus $5M. Quote it as a race aggregate. The support/oppose split
> in the table above is derived from the individual lines. Per `FEC Back-Sweep Standard` Rule 4, no figure
> on this page is taken from a press account; each traces to a file number.
## What changed in tranche 3
**The third tranche is entirely negative.** Tranches 1 and 2 were split exactly in half — every dollar
supporting Paxton matched by a dollar attacking Talarico, which is the shape of a campaign arguing a
choice. Tranche 3 contains **no pro-Paxton line at all**. MAGA Inc's Texas position moved from 50/50 to
**37.5% positive, 62.5% negative** in a single filing, twenty-one days after it entered the race.
That is consistent with the rescue reading below rather than against it: the money was never mainly
building Paxton's case, and by late September it had stopped pretending to.
## Why it matters
**The largest war chest in the cycle finally moved, and it moved to Texas.** MAGA Inc closed August 2026
with **$415,776,043.10** — by a wide margin the most heavily capitalized political committee in the
country — while Republicans publicly worried that [[Donald Trump]]'s money would arrive too late to
matter. Trump said at the White House on September 4 that he would "spend whatever amount of money
necessary." The first place it went was not a marginal seat but **Texas**, a state where Republicans have
not lost statewide in more than thirty years.
**It is a rescue, and the filings say so by what they target.** Talarico raised **$68 million** through
the end of June against **$9 million** for Paxton, a better than seven-to-one gap that let him hold the
airwaves through the summer. Five of the eight filed lines across the program are negative advertising
against Talarico, carrying $12.5M of the $20M — the money is not building Paxton's case so much as
suppressing his opponent's.
**The party is bailing out the nominee the party tried to stop.** [[John Thune]] and Senate leadership
backed John Cornyn against Paxton in the Republican primary. Thune is now headlining a Dallas fundraiser
for Paxton during the Republicans' midterm convention, the Thune-aligned [[Senate Leadership Fund]]
entered the race on September 11 through [[Texas PAC]], and Trump's committee has put in $20M. This is
the pattern the vault tracks under establishment accommodation: **the institutions that opposed a
candidate fund him once he is the only option.**
**The timing across channels is the part the filings cannot explain.** Texas PAC disclosed
**$53,862,227.68** on September 14 ([[Texas PAC 53.9M Texas Senate IE]]). MAGA Inc's tranche 2 was
disseminated the next day. Trump's committee went first into Texas on September 5 while Senate
Republicans sat out; eleven days later Senate Republicans put in more than five times MAGA Inc's total
and MAGA Inc immediately added to its own position, then added again on September 26. Whether that is
coordination-by-newspaper, an independent read of the same polling, or coincidence is not something the
filings can answer — and by law they are not supposed to.
**Twenty million dollars is still small against what is available.** The full program is roughly **4.8%**
of MAGA Inc's August closing balance. Whatever this race is costing Trump's committee, it is not costing
it much.
## Related money in this race
🔴 **Figures below were refreshed 2026-09-21 from a full FEC re-pull; MAGA Inc's own line is current to
2026-09-26.** Total general-election independent expenditures in [[TX-Sen-2026]] as of the 09-21 pull:
**$118,109,435.29** across 378 line items and 28 committees. The live table lives on [[TX-Sen-2026]].
- **[[Texas PAC]]** — **$70,115,722.28** election-to-date as of 2026-09-26 (file 2015252), up from
$63,809,077.89 at the 09-21 pull. The Texas vehicle of [[Senate Leadership Fund]], registered August 28,
first filing September 13. It is now more than three times MAGA Inc's program total in this race. See
[[Texas PAC 53.9M Texas Senate IE]].
- **[[Senate Leadership Fund]]** — entered on September 11 through Texas PAC rather than through its own
committee, which is why SLF's own FEC record still shows nothing in Texas.
- **[[Lone Star Liberty PAC]]** — **$17,472,295.00** general / $32.77M cycle, FEC-confirmed.
- **[[America PAC]]** — **$5,174,007.32** across 22 lines, FEC-verified. Notably lopsided:
**$4,661,719.79 opposing Talarico against $512,287.53 supporting Paxton** — the same negative tilt
MAGA Inc adopted in tranche 3.
- **No Going Back PAC** (C00960435) — **$1,871,976.96** verified; see the duplicate-reporting caveat on
[[TX-Sen-2026]].
- **New American Jobs Fund** — **$274,380** supporting Talarico on 2026-09-26 (file 2015293), the only
pro-Talarico outside money in that day's tranche.
## Collection note
Tranche 1 was disseminated on **September 5** and disclosed the same day.
The 09-07 sweep flagged tranche 1 as "reported as a campaign total, not yet a single FEC Schedule E line —
confirm the 24/48-hour reports before treating it as one buy." That check was run before the page was
built and is what produced the two-times-$5M finding. Tranches 2 and 3 were caught by the daily task on
the day they filed (2026-09-21 and 2026-09-27 digests respectively).
