# Government That Works PAC 19.2M Funder Disclosure September 2026
**[[Government That Works PAC]]** (FEC **C00915595**) has appeared on this site three times as a *payer* —
into [[Nebraska Values PAC]], [[Lone Star Rising PAC]] and [[VoteVets]] — while disclosing nothing about
its own funding. Its first Form 3X of the cycle, **file 2031985**, coverage 2026-09-01 to 2026-09-30,
received 2026-10-20, answers that question.
## The payers
| Payer | Amount | Date(s) | Line |
|---|---|---|---|
| **[[Sixteen Thirty Fund]]** | **$9,000,000.00** | 2026-09-24 ($4,000,000.00), 2026-09-28 ($5,000,000.00) | `SA17` |
| **[[Responsive Government Action]]** | $3,500,000.00 | 2026-09-23 | `SA17` |
| **[[AB PAC]]** | $3,500,000.00 | 2026-09-10 ($2,500,000.00), 2026-09-24 ($1,000,000.00) | `SA17` |

| **[[Green Advocacy Project]]** | $1,000,000.00 | 2026-09-24 | `SA17` |

### The committee's month, reconciled
| Line | Figure |
|---|---|
| Cash on hand, 2026-09-01 | $5,914,094.32 |
| Total receipts | **$20,753,225.96** |
| Total disbursements | $17,808,446.68 |
| Cash on hand, 2026-09-30 | $8,858,873.60 |
**Six payers are 92.28% of the month.** Everything else the committee took in September — contributions
below the $1 million line, from any number of sources — comes to roughly $1.6 million.
## Why it matters
**It closes the open question on this committee.** The committee's own page has carried the note that it
"has sent $10.75 million to three different 2026 political committees while never accounting for where
its own money comes from." It now accounts for it: almost all of it is six social-welfare funds and
pooled political vehicles, none of which is itself a conventional donor.
**Sixteen Thirty Fund is the single largest source.** At $9 million it is 43.4% of the month on its own.
[[Sixteen Thirty Fund]] is the principal 501(c)(4) in the [[Arabella Advisors]] network — the structure
this site documents as the Democratic side's largest donor-advised political funding apparatus. Its money
arriving here means the committee is a node in that network rather than an independent operation.
**The structure is a relay, not a destination.** Money arrives from funds that do not disclose their own
donors, and leaves as contributions to *other* committees, which then buy advertising. Each hop is legal
and each hop is reported; the effect of three hops is that the advertising's funder is two disclosure
regimes away from the advertisement.
**It also explains an October payment.** The same committee sent **$3,500,000.00** to [[VoteVets]] on
2026-10-01, disclosed on VoteVets' own report (file 2032459) — on top of the $3,000,000.00 it sent in
September. Its total into VoteVets is now **$6,500,000.00**.
