# Foris DAX 35M to MAGA Inc
**Foris DAX, Inc.** — the U.S. operating entity of **[[Crypto.com]]** — has given **$35,000,000** to
**[[MAGA Inc]]** (**C00892471**) across the 2025–2026 cycle. That makes it **the largest single corporate
donor to the sitting president's super PAC**, larger than any individual on the committee's donor list
except [[Tim Mellon]].
## The receipts
| Date | Amount | Recipient | FEC file | Line |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| **2025-02-14** | **$10,000,000** | [[MAGA Inc]] | 1909741 | 17 |
| **2025-09-12** | **$10,000,000** | [[MAGA Inc]] | 1930534 | 17 |
| **2025-10-22** | **$10,000,000** | [[MAGA Inc]] | 1930534 | 17 |

| **2025-08-07** | **$1,000,000** | Keep America Great PAC Inc. (C00896365) | 1939806 | 11AI |
| **2026-01-26** | **$1,026,000** | Keep America Great PAC Inc. (C00896365) | 1964629 | 11AI |

| | **$37,026,000** | **Total federal, at the $1M floor** | | |
> [!note] The line numbers are not interchangeable
> The four MAGA Inc receipts are reported on **Line 17 — Other Federal Receipts**. The two Keep America Great
> PAC receipts are on **Line 11AI — itemised contributions from persons and organisations**. The
> line number is part of the fact, and the two sets should not be presented
> as one undifferentiated donor total.
> [!warning] Why the amended rows count
> Three of these six rows carry amendment indicator `A`. **Amended rows still count toward the cycle
> total**: the processed index returns the current version of each
> transaction, so excluding amended rows deletes real money. Excluding them would have reported
> **$20,000,000** against a figure independently corroborated at $35M.
> [!note] A second recipient the earlier proposal missed
> This Deal was first proposed in the 2026-09-21 digest as "$35M to MAGA Inc." That figure is exactly right
> for MAGA Inc and **incomplete as a picture of the donor**: the same entity put **$2,026,000** into
> **Keep America Great PAC Inc.** (C00896365) on Lines 11AI in August 2025 and January 2026. Neither that
> committee nor Foris DAX has a vault page yet.
## Why it matters
**A regulated exchange paying the regulator's boss.** Foris DAX is the U.S. arm of a crypto exchange with
live federal regulatory exposure, giving eight figures to the super PAC of the president whose appointees
staff the SEC and CFTC. This is structurally the same argument the vault already makes about the
[[GEO Group]] federal-contractor money on the [[MAGA Inc]] page — a company whose business depends on
federal decisions funding the people who make them.
**It is the largest corporate donor and it was missing from the donor list.** Before this page,
[[MAGA Inc]]'s Major Donors section named [[Tim Mellon]], [[Elon Musk]], [[Jeff Yass]], [[Miriam Adelson]],
[[Greg Brockman]] and [[Diane Hendricks]] — six individuals — and carried only a warning note that Foris DAX
existed. The committee's single biggest corporate funder had no entry.
**It is a separate channel from the industry PACs.** The crypto sector's visible 2026 spending runs through
[[Fairshake PAC]] and its arms — see [[Defend American Jobs 12.1M Ohio Senate IE]] — and through
[[Digital Freedom Fund]]. This money does not: it goes directly to the president's own committee, where it is
not earmarked to any race and not subject to any independent-expenditure reporting. **The industry is funding
both the campaign apparatus and the party's patron, through different vehicles, with different disclosure
consequences.**
**The cadence is steady, not event-driven.** $10M in February 2025, $10M in September, $10M in October, $5M in
January 2026 — four roughly even payments over eleven months. Compare the [[Winklevoss 10M Bitcoin to MAGA Inc]]
donation, which arrived twenty-three days after a favourable [[CFTC]] decision. This one looks like a
retainer.
