# CLF 32.8M House IE October 2026
On **October 9, 2026**, the **[[Congressional Leadership Fund]]** (FEC committee **C00504530**) disclosed
**$32,788,035.52** across **69 Schedule E lines** against **31 House candidates**, every line dated
**October 7, 2026** — and, for the third consecutive notice, **every single line opposing a Democrat.**
There is not one supporting expenditure on the filing.
It is the **largest House-side independent-expenditure notice recorded in this vault**, 33.9% above the
committee's own notice of seven days earlier ([[CLF 24.5M House IE October 2026]]) and larger than any
Senate-side notice except [[SLF 26M Senate IE October 2026]], filed the same day by the **same treasurer**.
> [!warning] 🔴 Filed after the receipt date's first count
> This notice was **received 2026-10-09 at 22:16:19 ET**. The first count of that receipt date was taken at
> about **21:10 ET** — about **66 minutes
> before this document was filed** — and returned two notices for receipt date
> 2026-10-09 and this was not one of them, because at that time it had not been filed.
>
> It was recovered on 2026-10-11 by a **second count of the receipt date**, the same late-filing pattern
> seen with
> [[House Majority PAC 21.9M House IE October 2026]].
> Receipt date 2026-10-09 rises from **884 live lines / $73,903,277.07** (the
> partial-day first read) to **1,002 live lines / $109,938,335.82** — **+$36,035,058.75, or +48.76%** —
> and this notice is **91% of that drift**.
>
> The figures on this page are derived from file **2019133** itself and are not subject to tranche drift;
> only an amending Form 24 (`F24A`) could change them.

## Why it matters
**Three notices, sixteen days, $75.96 million, zero positive dollars.** September 23's notice was
$18,688,377.36 across 25 districts; September 30's was $24,487,488.77 across 27; this one is
$32,788,035.52 across 31. **Combined: $75,963,901.65 and not one line making the case for a Republican.**
The all-negative book is no longer a fortnight's creative decision — it is three consecutive filings and
the committee's settled strategy for holding the House.
**The escalation is linear and the map is widening.** +31% and +2 districts from September to October 2;
**+33.9% and +4 positions** from October 2 to October 9. Three targets carry running aggregates equal to
their amount on this notice, meaning this is CLF's **first** recorded spending against them: **FL-H Jared
Moskowitz ($3,054,939.92), NJ-H Rebecca Bennett ($2,104,640.53) and IA-H Lindsay James ($188,035.00)**.
Moskowitz enters the program as its **largest single-district position to date** — nearly double the
largest position on the October 2 notice.
**[[Del Ray Media LLC]] has taken over the buy.** Its share of CLF's own notices has gone **33% (Sept 23)
→ 41.7% (Sept 30) → 53.3% (Oct 7)**, while [[Flexpoint Media]]'s has fallen **61% → 53.3% → 42.1%**. On
this notice Del Ray placed **$17,486,701.04** in a single day. It is the same private buyer the vault
records on [[MAGA Inc 20M Texas Senate IE Program]] and on both of [[No Going Back PAC]]'s eight-figure
notices — so inside three weeks one firm has moved from a secondary vendor to the majority placement agent
for the Republican House program.
**One treasurer signed $58.8M on one day.** [[Caleb Crosby]] is treasurer of both CLF and SLF PAC. On
receipt date 2026-10-09 the two committees filed **$32,788,035.52** and **$26,029,336.17** respectively —
**$58,817,371.69, or 53.5% of every live independent-expenditure dollar disclosed to the FEC that day.**
See [[SLF 26M Senate IE October 2026]].
**The disclosed funding no longer covers the spending.** [[American Action Network]] has moved
**$43,500,000** into CLF's non-contribution account this cycle, with no donor disclosure. These three
notices alone are **$75,963,901.65** — $32.5M more than the committee's largest known source has supplied.
CLF's Q3 report, due 2026-10-15, is the first document that can say where the difference came from. See
[[American Action Network 43.5M to Congressional Leadership Fund]].
> [!warning] Aggregates on this filing are not district totals
> Aggregates on these rows run as high as **$5,524,815.61** (NC-H Don Davis). The aggregate column is
> filer-dependent and is not a district total, a
> candidate total or a committee cycle total. Every figure on this page is derived by summing file
> 2019133's own unflagged lines.
