# CLF 24.5M House IE October 2026
On **October 2, 2026**, the **[[Congressional Leadership Fund]]** (FEC committee **C00504530**) disclosed
**$24,487,488.77** across **63 Schedule E lines** in **27 House districts**, every line dated
**September 30, 2026** — and, as in September, **every single line opposing a Democrat**. There is not one

committee's own September notice ([[CLF 18.7M House IE September 2026]]).
> [!warning] This notice arrived late
> As of 2026-10-03, receipt date 2026-10-02 showed **414 Schedule E lines /

> is almost the whole of that drift**, and it was not visible on 2026-10-03. The figures on

> It is the largest single consequence

## Why it matters
**Two notices, nine days, $43.18 million, zero positive dollars.** The September 25 notice was
$18,688,377.36 across 25 districts, 100% oppose; this one is $24,487,488.77 across 27 districts, 100%
oppose. **Combined: $43,175,866.13 and not one line making the case for a Republican.** An all-negative
book at that scale across two consecutive filings is no longer a tactical choice about one week's
creative — it is the committee's strategy for holding the House.
**It escalated 31% in nine days and added two districts.** Six of September's 25 districts are not on this
filing and eight new ones are, so the overlap is partial: the program is being re-aimed week to week, not
simply topped up. Three districts — FL-H Kathy Castor and OH-H Brian Poindexter among them — carry running
aggregates equal to their amounts on this notice, meaning this is CLF's **first** recorded spending against
them.
**[[Del Ray Media LLC]] has become a cross-committee chokepoint.** $10.2M of this notice — 41.7% — goes to the
buyer the vault already records on [[MAGA Inc 20M Texas Senate IE Program]] (every tranche, including the
$5,000,000 Texas line filed 2026-10-03) and on both of [[No Going Back PAC]]'s eight-figure notices. Del
Ray's share of CLF's own buying rose from **33% in September to 41.7% in October** while Flexpoint's fell
from 61% to 53.3%. Three committees across the House, presidential-aligned and new-vehicle layers now route
a material share of Republican advertising through one private firm, and the vault has no page for it. See
the vendor-page question in the 2026-10-03 digest.
**The funding is one donor, and it is a nonprofit.** CLF's largest source this cycle is
[[American Action Network]], its 501(c)(4) twin, which has moved **$43,500,000** into it — within $325,000
of the two notices above combined. AAN discloses no donors. See
[[American Action Network 43.5M to Congressional Leadership Fund]].
> [!warning] Aggregates on this filing are not district totals
> Aggregates on these rows run as high as **$4,247,192.65** (IA-H Christina Bohannan). The
> aggregate column's meaning varies by filer and is not a district total, a
> candidate total or a committee cycle total. Every figure on this page is derived by summing file
> 2016529's own unflagged lines.
