# American Action Network 43.5M to Congressional Leadership Fund
Across the 2026 cycle, the **[[American Action Network]]** — the 501(c)(4) twin of the
**[[Congressional Leadership Fund]]** — has moved **$43,500,000** into CLF (**C00504530**) in five grants,
every one of them into CLF's **non-contribution account**. AAN discloses no donors.
## The five grants
| Date received | Amount | FEC file | Line | Memo | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| **2025-06-17** | **$5,500,000** | 1923597 | 17 | non-contribution account | corrected |
| **2025-06-25** | **$1,500,000** | 1923597 | 17 | non-contribution account | corrected |
| **2025-12-31** | **$9,000,000** | 1978836 | 17 | non-contribution account | original |
| **2026-03-31** | **$7,500,000** | 1978840 | 17 | non-contribution account | original |
| **2026-06-30** | **$20,000,000** | 1996816 | 17 | non-contribution account | amended report |
| **Total** | **$43,500,000** | | | | |
As on the Senate side, the three largest grants land on the **final day of a reporting quarter**. All five are
**Line 17 — Other Federal Receipts** (FEC Back-Sweep Standard **Rule 5**: the line number is part of the
fact), and each carries the memo text **"NON CONTRIBUTION ACCOUNT"**, meaning the money goes into the
unlimited independent-expenditure side of this hybrid committee rather than its hard-money side.
**The Q2 2026 grant is $20,000,000 — nearly triple the Q1 grant** and 46% of the cycle total in one transfer.
> [!warning] Why the amended row counts
> The $20,000,000 row of 2026-06-30 carries amendment indicator `A`, and two 2025 rows carry `C`. **Amended rows still count toward the cycle
> total** on the processed index, which returns the
> current version of each transaction rather than an original plus its restatement. Excluding them would
> have reported **$23,500,000** — a **46% understatement** of a figure that is independently corroborated.
## The structure
The architecture is identical to the Senate side, and the point of it is the same: **[[American Action Network]]** may raise unlimited
money with no donor disclosure; **[[Congressional Leadership Fund]]** must
disclose its donors, and discloses AAN. Every disclosure obligation is met and the original source of the
money is never disclosed to anyone.
Both conduits roughly **doubled or tripled** their transfers between Q1 and Q2 of 2026 — One Nation from
$11.18M to $24.29M, AAN from $7.5M to $20M. Together they account for **$114,240,000** of the money in the
party's two main congressional super PACs. See
[[One Nation 70.7M to Senate Leadership Fund]].
## What it funds
- [[CLF 18.7M House IE September 2026]] — $18,688,377.36 in a single Form 24 notice across 25 House
districts, **100% of it opposing Democrats**, signed by treasurer **Caleb Crosby**, who also signs for
[[Senate Leadership Fund]].
The $43.5M on this page and the $18.7M on that one are the two ends of the same pipe: an undisclosed-donor
nonprofit at the top, sixty negative television and mail lines at the bottom, and one week between the
quarterly transfer and the buys.
