# Wake Technology Services
**Wake Technology Services, Inc.** (Wake TSI) is a Pennsylvania digital-forensics firm that ran the hand count in the [[2021 Maricopa County Presidential Ballot Audit]] as a subcontractor to [[Cyber Ninjas]]. Its contract ended on May 14, 2021, when the counting paused for high school graduations at the coliseum, and it chose not to renew. StratTech Solutions of Scottsdale took over the count, keeping many of Wake's workers and its procedures.
Cyber Ninjas presented Wake as experienced because of 2020 hand-count reviews in Fulton County, Pennsylvania, requested by a state senator who promotes election conspiracy theories, and in New Mexico. New Mexico election and party officials told the Arizona Mirror they knew of no such work. A document obtained by the Mirror showed that Wake had been hired for Fulton County by Sidney Powell's [[Defending the Republic]], one of the Arizona review's funders. After that Fulton County review, Pennsylvania decertified the county's voting equipment.
