# Minute Mail Consulting Group LLC
A private direct-mail vendor appearing as a payee line on FEC Form 24 notices. It is the **mail-side
counterpart** to the broadcast chokepoints [[Flexpoint Media]] and [[Del Ray Media LLC]], and it now
carries **four** committees.
## Committees it mails for
| Committee | Notice (file) | Amount through Minute Mail | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| [[Civic Renewal Fund]] | **2016813** (received 2026-10-04) | **$740,836.89** — **99.0%** | 27 House districts, no broadcast at all |
| [[Defend US PAC]] | 2016115 | **$3,795,467.12** | whole notice, oppose [[James Talarico]] |
| [[Digital Freedom Fund]] | 2015656 | **$2,970,198.67** | split support/oppose |
| [[No Going Back PAC]] | 2015608, 2015798 | $935,988.48 pro-[[Ken Paxton]] + $935,988.48 anti-[[James Talarico]] | ⚠️ this pair appears **three times** in the FEC index; see [[No Going Back PAC]] |
**No cross-committee total is published here.** Each row traces to the file number beside it, per Rule 7,
and the No Going Back PAC figures carry that page's unresolved triple-filing caveat.
## Why it matters
**Mail is the channel that ad-tracking cannot see.** Mid-cycle reporting on outside spending is sourced
almost entirely from broadcast ad-tracking data, so an eight-figure mail program across dozens of races
leaves no trace in the coverage even though every dollar of it is disclosed. The vault records the same
pattern on [[AFP Action]], whose October notice ran 90.3% through a single mail vendor with the United
States Postal Service as the second-largest payee.
The 2026-10-04 addition of [[Civic Renewal Fund]] makes this the fourth committee, and the first one
whose registered address — **421 Office Park Drive, Mountain Brook, Alabama** — is shared with
joint-fundraising committees of sitting Senate incumbents. See
[[Collins and Sununu Joint Fundraising Disclosures October 2026]].
## Open questions
- Ownership, principals and location. Nothing public identifies them.
- Whether [[Civic Renewal Fund]]'s near-100% share persists on a second notice.
- Whether the No Going Back PAC triple-filing resolves as three buys or one buy reported three times —
the October periodic report is the document that settles it.
