# Middle Seat Consulting **Middle Seat Consulting** is a progressive digital advertising and fundraising firm. It enters this site as the **sole vendor** on a single 24-hour independent-expenditure notice: **[[Tomorrow Together]]**'s **$3,102,716.91** of 23 October 2026, all six Schedule E rows, every one an *oppose* buy against a Republican candidate — Form 24 file **2040931**. A vendor page exists here to answer one question: how concentrated is the placement of late-cycle money? On this notice the answer is total. ## What to watch - **The name on a second committee's Schedule E**, which is this site's threshold for treating a vendor as a node rather than a line item. ## See also - [[Tomorrow Together]] · [[Independent Expenditure]]
