# Lanteris Space Systems The former Maxar Space Systems — satellite manufacturing spun out of the Maxar split (October 2025) alongside sister company [[Vantor]], then promptly sold: Intuitive Machines completed its ~$800M acquisition of Lanteris in January 2026.
