# Flexpoint Media
A private broadcast media-buying firm at **PO Box 1051, New Albany, Ohio**, and the **largest single
vendor node in this vault's 2026 midterm layer**. It appears on FEC Form 24 notices as a payee line only;
it has no disclosure obligations of its own, and no reporting on it has been found.
## Committees it buys for
| Committee | Notice (file) | Flexpoint share | Share of that notice |
|---|---|---|---|
| [[Texas PAC]] | 2011867, 2013750, 2015764 and others | **$111,865,180.32** | **85.1%** of the committee's disclosed spending |
| [[Senate Leadership Fund]] (SLF PAC) | 2015242 | $15,704,085.66 | **67%** |
| [[Senate Leadership Fund]] (SLF PAC) | 2016506 | $14,152,043.20 | **62.8%** |
| [[Congressional Leadership Fund]] | 2016529 | $13,058,766.24 | **53.3%** |
| [[Congressional Leadership Fund]] | 2015245 | $11,363,287.97 | **61%** |
| [[Cornhusker Majority]] | 2016519 | $1,167,989.88 | majority of the notice |
| [[Fight On Iowa]] | 2016818 | **$571,375.00** | 99.4% |
| [[Fight On Iowa]] | 2015582, 2015585 | part of $1,123,022.26 | not separately derived |
| [[AFP Action]] | 2016600 | named as a payee | not separately derived |
| [[Last Frontier PAC]] | **2016908** | **$162,270.00** | **100%** |
| [[Senate Leadership Fund]] (SLF PAC) | **2017202** | **$1,051,171.44** | **85.0%** |
**No cross-committee total is published here.** Each row is derived on the page that records that
notice; summing them would mix a committee-level figure (Texas PAC) with per-notice figures and would
double-count. Every figure above traces to the file number beside it.
## Why it matters
**Seven committees that may not legally coordinate with one another all tell this firm what they are
buying.** Texas PAC, the Senate Leadership Fund's PAC and the Congressional Leadership Fund are the
Republican Senate and House leadership's three largest independent-expenditure vehicles; Cornhusker
Majority, Fight On Iowa and [[Last Frontier PAC]] are state-branded committees following the
[[State-Branded Super PAC Template]]. The law requires naming the payee and asks nothing about what the
payee knows.
It is the broadcast counterpart to [[Del Ray Media LLC]], which occupies the same position across a
partly overlapping set of committees, and to [[Minute Mail Consulting Group LLC]] on the mail side.
## Open questions
- Ownership and principals. No public filing identifies them.
- Whether [[Fight On Iowa]]'s use of Flexpoint plus its **shared registered address with [[Texas PAC]]**
(both at Austin TX) reflects one compliance operation or more.
- Whether its declining share of [[Congressional Leadership Fund]] buying (61% in September, 53.3% in
October, against Del Ray's rise from 33% to 41.7%) continues.

## 2026-10-06 — a seventh load-bearing committee
On e-file receipt date **2026-10-05** Flexpoint Media placed:
| Committee | File | Amount | Race |
|---|---|---|---|
| [[Last Frontier PAC]] | **2016908** | **$162,270.00** | [[AK-Sen-2026]] — against [[Mary Peltola]] |
| SLF PAC | **2017202** | **$1,051,171.44** of a $1,237,321.44 notice (85.0%) | five Senate races |
[[Last Frontier PAC]] is a state-branded committee filing from **421 Office Park Drive, Mountain Brook,
Alabama** — the same procurement overlap between the state-branding layer and the
[[Senate Leadership Fund]] that [[State-Branded Super PAC Template]] records. It establishes no
coordination.
