# World Liberty Financial Leadership
Roster of [[World Liberty Financial]]'s founders, executives and board, plus the proposed board of its trust bank. An index linking to People pages, not biographies.
## Governance shape
Two families run the operation, and a third party owns half of it. The **Witkoffs** run the company day to day ([[Zach Witkoff]] is CEO and the proposed chair of the bank). The **Trumps** hold titles, about 38% of the equity and 75% of token-sale revenue. **Aryam Investment 1**, backed by [[Tahnoon bin Zayed]], has owned 49% since January 2025 and reportedly placed two executives on WLF's five-person board. The co-founders who built the original product ([[Zak Folkman]], [[Chase Herro]]) take a share of revenue.

## Aryam board seats
