# World Liberty Financial Investors
Ownership map for [[World Liberty Financial]]. WLF has **two different kinds of ownership**, and most reporting blurs them:
1. **Equity:** who owns the company (WLF Holdco LLC) and its stablecoin arm (Stablecoin Holdco LLC).
2. **The revenue share:** who gets the money from token sales.
The Trump family's equity has fallen while its revenue share has not.
## Equity
| Holder | Stake | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Trump family, via **DT Marks DEFI LLC** | **~38%** (38.25% of WLF Holdco and of Stablecoin Holdco per the 2025 OGE filing) | Fell from ~75% (Dec 2024) to ~60% (early 2025) to 40% (June 2025), then ~38% after dilution. DT Marks is 70% owned by the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust and 30% by family members |
| **Aryam Investment 1** ([[Tahnoon bin Zayed]]) | **49%** | $500M deal signed ~Jan 16, 2025, four days before the inauguration; Eric Trump signed; reported by the WSJ on Feb 1, 2026. See [[World Liberty Financial UAE Sale]] |
| Witkoff and Folkman/Herro entities | balance | Shares not separately reported |
## Revenue share
- **75% of net token-sale revenue to DT Marks DEFI LLC**, set in the October 2024 Gold Paper and still in force per Bloomberg (May 2026).
- The remaining 25% is reportedly split 12.5% to the Witkoffs and 12.5% to Folkman and Herro.
## What the family has been paid (reported figures)
| Figure | Source | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| $57.4M token income, 15.75B WLFI held | Trump's 2024 OGE disclosure (Jun 13, 2025) | 2024 |
| $802M crypto income in H1 2025, $463M of it from WLFI | Reuters (Oct 28, 2025) | WLF called it "inaccurate and misleading" |
| At least $1.2B cash over 16 months; Witkoffs at least $200M | WSJ (~Feb 7–8, 2026) | Source of the vault's "$1.2B+" figure |
| $660M from quiet private sales of 5.9B WLFI | Bloomberg (May 12, 2026) | Sales after the public rounds |
| **$526.8M** token-sale income, **$262.5M** equity-sale proceeds, $8.3M Stablecoin Holdco income | Trump's 2025 OGE 278e (Jun 30, 2026), per ABC and CAP | 2025. ⚠️ The Block reported $236.25M of token proceeds from the same filing; $526.8M is the sum of the line items |
**The Aryam money, two numbers:** the WSJ reported **$187M** of the first $250M installment went to Trump entities (DT Marks DEFI and DT Marks SC), with at least $31M each to Witkoff and Folkman/Herro entities. Trump's 2025 OGE shows **$262.5M** of equity-sale proceeds, which equals 70% × 75% × $500M. That match suggests the full Aryam price was paid in 2025, but the filing does not name the buyer, so the link is an inference.
## Named token buyers

| [[Justin Sun]] | $75M | late 2024 – early 2025 | ⚠️ Reuters' coverage of his lawsuit gives ~3B WLFI for $45M plus 1B as adviser. Wallet blacklisted Sep 4, 2025; sued Apr 21, 2026 |
| DWF Labs | $25M | Apr 16, 2025 | Crypto market-maker |

## USD1's anchor customer
[[MGX]], the Abu Dhabi AI fund that Tahnoon chairs, settled its **$2B investment in [[Binance]]** in USD1 (announced May 1, 2025). That one transaction made USD1 one of the largest stablecoins overnight. The same sheikh's vehicles are on the cap table (Aryam, 49%) and behind the stablecoin's largest early use (MGX). See [[World Liberty Financial USD1 Ledger]].
## The bank's ownership (WLTC Holdings LLC)
Per the WSJ (Aug 27, 2026): **StringZ Holding RSC** (Tahnoon and co-investors) **49%**; a Trump-affiliated entity **38%** (⚠️ single-sourced). The OCC decision names StringZ but not Tahnoon. See [[World Liberty Financial Regulatory File]].
