# C Plus K LLC A private media-buying firm appearing as a payee line on FEC Form 24 notices. **It is the one buyer in this vault that crosses the partisan line**: it places for Democratic-aligned Senate vehicles, for an environmental 501(c)(4)'s PAC, and for the Koch network's federal committee. ## Committees it buys for | Committee | Notice (file) | Amount through C Plus K | Direction | |---|---|---|---| | [[LCV Victory Fund]] | **2016820** (received 2026-10-04) | **$2,000,000.00** — 99.6% of the notice | oppose [[Jon Husted]] | | [[Duty and Country]] | 2016676 | **$3,211,060.35** — the whole notice | oppose [[Jon Husted]] | | [[WinSenate]] | 2015058 | $4,255,285.00 | Senate map, September | | [[WinSenate]] | see [[WinSenate 23.7M Senate Map IE October 2026]] | $2,297,599.57 | oppose [[Jon Husted]] | | [[AFP Action]] | 2016600 | named as a payee | not separately derived | **No cross-committee total is published here.** Each row traces to the file number or vault page beside it, per Rule 7. ## Why it matters 🔴 **Four committees, and they do not belong to one side.** [[WinSenate]] is the Senate Democrats' outside vehicle; [[Duty and Country]] is an opaque committee at 1032 15th St NW Ste 247 with no named funder; [[LCV Victory Fund]] is the League of Conservation Voters' IE committee; [[AFP Action]] is the Koch network's. Three of the four spent against [[Jon Husted]] in [[OH-Sen-2026-Special]]. That makes it a **cross-issue chokepoint** rather than a single campaign's agency — the same structural position [[Flexpoint Media]] and [[Del Ray Media LLC]] hold on the Republican side, with the difference that this one's client list spans organisations with different politics. ## Open questions - Ownership, principals and location. Nothing public identifies them. - Whether any committee it buys for is a Republican *candidate*-side client, which would make the cross-partisan reading much stronger. - Why two committees at the same Washington address with different treasurers used it against the same candidate on the same day (recorded on [[WinSenate]]). ## Related KB entities [[LCV Victory Fund]] · [[Duty and Country]] · [[WinSenate]] · [[AFP Action]] · [[OH-Sen-2026-Special]] · [[Flexpoint Media]] · [[Del Ray Media LLC]] · [[Independent Expenditure]] · [[Companies Hub]]
